The following terms and conditions apply to SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel bookings. You are accepting these terms and conditions and they outline all rights and obligations for both parties - SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel and the client. No other condition can be incorporated.

SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel respects privacy and does not sell or divulge any information about its customers. We do not collect or keep any credit card information on our web site. All credit card payments are made through third party - PayPal and secured through Secure Sockets Layer /SSL/. Your credit card data will stay strictly confidential. We are a verified Paypal member.

Paypal

PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address securely to send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

The entire contents of the Site are protected by copyright law. We, or our licensors, own copyright and/or database right in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part except as provided in these Terms.

This Site provides a large amount of information and there will inevitably be errors in it. We accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content, to the fullest extent such liability can be excluded by law. You can request booking via e-mail, but you have to be 18 years old. Once your booking request is received, our reservation staff will get back to you with room availability and make a tentative booking. We will send our reservation confirmation email for your record that indicates a method of payment and due date.

In order to secure your tentative booking we do require a reservation deposit to be paid via Wire transfer or by credit card online on our web site through PayPal. The client can then proceed with the reservation payment through Paypal. Accepting the terms and conditions and clicking on the "Continue" button to proceed to payment with PayPal constitutes an irrevocable commitment of the client to accept the reservation and it can not be disputed except by abiding to the terms of cancellation. Once your reservation payment is received in full at SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel your reservation is guaranteed. The same conditions apply for a Wire transfer. Sending your payment to SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel via wire transfer automatically constitutes that you agree to our terms of service, reservation and cancellation policy.

Modification of an existing reservation are subject to availability. SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel will do their best to accommodate your modification request, but shall not be held liable should they fail to do so. Refunds are made based on the refund policies of SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel. The total amount that shall be returned to you shall be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges applied by SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel and/or payment services provider and/or partnering Banks (modification fees).
 

Hotel reservation cancellations are subject to SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel cancellation policy. Cancellation requests are accepted at SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel in writing only. Refunds are made based on the refund policies of SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel. A reservation paid and confirmed by voucher requires us to cancel you booking manually therefore the reservation deposit paid in advance is non-refundable. However, we give you the right to use this deposit in full for any future bookings with SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel. Please, use the same reservation reference number. In case of refund, the total amount that shall be returned to you shall be your full payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges applied by SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel and/or payment services provider and/or partnering Banks (cancellation fees).
 

In case of a problem or complaint concerning SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel, it is imperative that the client informs us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel will do their best to accommodate your complaint. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved at the moment and/or locally, must be notified in writing to SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel within 3 (three) days of the beginning of the service provided. A copy of the complaint must also be submitted to and signed by the SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel manager. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder SeaSun Beach Resort and Hotel's ability to rectify the complaint and reduce or resolve any claim that the client may have.
